The single shown above was released in Spain in 1974 with a rare sleeve that pictured Paul smoking a cigarette. This release, plus a single from Denmark and three from Capitol (see below) were the only five record sleeves issued worldwide showing any of the Beatles smoking - and on all 4 sleeves it's Paul with the cigarette. |

| The photo in the sleeve above was used on three Capitol USA pictures sleeves - I Want To Hold Your Hand, Can't Buy Me Love, and I'll Cry Instead, as well as several pieces of sheet music including Can't Buy Me Love. The 20th Anniversary re-release of I Want To Hold Your Hand feautured Paul with the cigarette airbrushed out while the 30th Anniversary release was not airbrushed.
