Beatles 7" Picture Discs

This was the first in a series of 7" 45rpm bootleg picture discs issued in the late 1970s, the photo of which was taken from the Beatles Live At The Hollywood Bowl album. Most of the discs were two-sided and consisted of TV appearances and interviews, and the sound quality was usually poor (common on even commercial picture discs).

Low grade vinyl and sloppy assembly was typical on most of the pressings, as they were made as cheaply as possible. It is estimated that 10-15 different titles were made. Most listed no record number or "manufacturer". Six more are shown below...
